WHAT OUR MARKETER WILL DO:
Getting referrals from existing referral sources, follow up on existing referral sources, and build new referral sources.
Build strategic partnerships and techniques to attract new referrals into the agency.
Set up and host breakfasts and luncheons throughout the area to present the agency and what we do as an agency. This will be done in Hospitals, Drs Offices, Community Organizations, Nursing Homes, Independent Living Facilities, Assited Living Facilities and other areas where the agency can help the elderly and grow.
Attend Community Events and set up a table representing the agency.
Demonstrating a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency including the agencies vision, mission, and values, the services provided and how to differentiate the agency from other Non Medical In Home Care Agencies.
Perfom other related duties as assigned.
Keep concise records of marketing efforts, adding your weekly schedule and adding all potential referrals to the CRM system.
REQUIRMENTS:
The role requires travel so the marketer must have a valid drivers license, car insurance and a reliable vehcile.
Applicant must be able to pass a BCI background check and drug test.
Applicant must be able to speak in front of people.
Applicant must have excellent marketing, communication and organizational skills. Must be self-driven with goals and the ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
Clean professional image, behavior, and demeanor.
Maintaining standards of high-quality customer service.
