    Job Summary
    : The Service Manager will oversee the service department and ensure the highest quality of maintenance and repair services for our industrial pump products as well as managing field service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial equipment and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
    Key Responsibilities
    :
    • Manage and lead a team of service/field technicians.
    • Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely response to customer inquiries and issues.
    • Oversee the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial pumps.
    • Develop and implement procedures, policies, and standards.
    • Building and maintaining customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized service solutions.
    • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing and resolving service concerns promptly.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services and customer training.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Manage service department budget and inventory.
    • Provide technical support and training to service staff.
    • Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Ideal Qualifications
    :
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in service management, preferably in the industrial pump industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in service-related software and technology.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
