Job summary
We are seeking a Case Coordinator to join our team at Bancroft.The Case Coordinator will work collaboratively with program leadership, clinical staff, and external case managers to ensure individuals served meet funding eligibility for Bancroft services.
The successful candidate will manage caseloads related to access to services; family advocacy; and funding while ensuring cases are approached in a thoughtful manner reflecting Bancroft's core values.
