Job summary
Operations Senior Manager responsible for day-to-day processing of prescription orders and leading a team of pharmacy managers and supervisors.Key Responsibilities include order processing, managing client and patient issue escalations, working with Director of Pharmacy Practice to manage quality review, maintaining financial budgets and labor forecasts,
and coaching mentors and leads a team of supervisors who manage staff-level pharmacists and certified technicians.
