    Commercial Roofing company is looking for an experienced Service Manager/Dispatcher in Norcross, GA.

    Establish and maintain a partnership with customers, service crews and company team members to

    maintain the expected high level of customer service. Must have excellent verbal/written communication, computer and decision-making skills. This position requires the employee to be able to work independently and in a team environment.


    Primary Role is to ensure the service crews schedule runs efficiently and we exceed customer needs in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

    Must maintain attention to details
    Receive calls/emails and enter emergency and non-emergency work requests from customers
    Accurately enter work orders with information for crews to be efficient and internal information

    for us to best serve our customers

    Ability to handle high pressure at times
    Monitor weather conditions
    Enter new buildings / tenants as required in system
    Maintain customer and building accuracy in system
    Schedule/Dispatch crews for work orders daily based on priority, location, etc.
    Notify customers should the schedule deviate from the original schedule
    Learn crew's strengths and weaknesses to schedule the best crew for the job
    Notify and confirm access for appointments with customers
    Email service schedule to company distribution list by 2pm
    Approve completed work orders
    Notify customer if there was a non-roof item reported by crews
    Enter estimate work orders for additional work requested/reported by customers or crews
    Verify and generate system time sheets for crews on weekly basis, email to office manager
    Verify weekly crew expenses, email to office manager
    Monitor mileage on service vehicles, email to office manager
    After the hours and expenses are verified, generate service invoices and submit to customers
    Establish a rotating weekend 'on call' calendar for crews and office staff in office calendar
    Schedule monthly service meetings and provide needed paperwork
    Remaining minor administrative responsibilities will be explained during training.

    Experience Required In Microsoft Office Applications

    Experience Preferred but not required in Dataforma (web-based construction management program)
