Job Description

A client in the Space Coast, FL area is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their team. This person will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & 2 technical support to customers, provide debugging and incident management, and must be able to work an on-call rotation. This person needs to be a strong problem/solver and communicator as they will be supporting customers. Proficiency in Confluence and Jira is required for ticketing. The position will be local to Rocket Park, FL, Hunstville, AL, or Seattle, WA and this person will be required to go onsite a minimum of 3 days a week.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years' experience providing tier 1 & 2 technical support to customers

Provide debugging and incident management support on systems

Must be able to work on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proficiency in Confluence and Jira

Strong problem-solving and communication skills AWS, Tableau, or Databricks certified

PowerShell and/or JavaScript experience

RestfulAPI experience null
