    We are in search of a Real Estate Paralegal, with 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential. This presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a background in Commercial Real Estate Paralegal work, particularly those adept at real estate closings, affidavit drafting, and effective communication with insurance entities.

    As a Commercial/Residential Real Estate Paralegal, you will collaborate closely with attorneys on various cases, handling tasks such as drafting affidavits, preparing for depositions, and liaising with real estate professionals to ensure case success. Prior experience with commercial leases and loans is highly valued.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Drafting affidavits and preparing for depositions.
    • Efficient communication with insurance companies and adjusters.
    • Collaboration with landlords, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders.
    • Maintaining organization of court cases and associated materials.
    • Providing support to attorneys with secretarial duties and court proceedings.
    Key Skills:
    • Proficiency in real estate closings.
    • Excellent communication abilities.
    • Familiarity with commercial leases and loans.
