Job summary

This is an in-person role requiring on-site presence five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production and pilot lines and coordinates the scheduling of people materials and equipment.
• Ensure work orders are processed in a timely manner proactively identifying and addressing any delays.
• Maintain an environment of continuous improvement lean manufacturing efficiency through lean principles employee coaching kaizen events KPI monitoring Meeting Engagement Attend participate in master schedule meetings drive team to meet daily weekly monthly goals without compromising quality Address escalate line issues as needed Process Ownership Supervisors must maintain strong presence on their lines understand own clearly communicate their processes to stakeholders while collaborating with engineering technical issues Select manage train develop staff Establish objectives assignments provide ongoing feedback performance reviews development plans Interacts with production quality control process engineering departments coordinate resolve production related issues Prepares reports Position Qualifications Required High school years supervisory experience manufacturing preferably medical device industry equivalent combination education experience Solid problem solving
