    Business Operations Project Manager
    Location:

    Frisco, TX or Atlanta, GA

    SUMMARY

    In support of NCR Atleos' vision of setting the highest standards in self-service financial solutions, the Business Operations team is looking for an experience project management professional to oversee a variety of projects and initiatives, ranging from transformational to maintenance centered.

    In an environment that prioritizes continuous improvement, this individual will organize, facilitate, and drive accountability among cross-functional teams to achieve prescribed results that aspire to best-in-class operations and optimal performance.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    (including but not limited to)
    Define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcome.

    Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally

    Prepare a budget based on project scope.

    Set and adhere to budgetary allocation.

    Onboard project team members, and provide training and coaching, if needed

    Estimate resource requirement, acquire it effectively and manage efficiently.

    Design work plans for team members based on requirements and member expertise.

    Provide project updates to stakeholders as per demand and requirement.

    Manage participants for timely delivery of tasks, milestones, and outcomes.

    Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement.


    Be aware of industry best practices, techniques, and standards, and encourage team members to use them for effective project execution.

    Track project performance periodically to ensure achievement of both short-term and long-term goals.

    Create and maintain detailed project documentation.

    Undertake risk management to minimize potential risks.

    Use the right tools and techniques for easier project management.

    Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget.

    Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

    Expert organizational and time management skills


    Demonstrate good analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify cause and effect and communicate results in a structured manner.

    Strong attention to detail

    Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently.

    Self-motivated, to identify opportunities for optimization of business practices.

    Comfortable working in an environment that is fluid with rapidly shifting priorities.

    Strong sense of accountability for successful outcomes


    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    None


    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

    Confidence in communicating with individuals with a variety of accents.


    TOOLS
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

    Highly Proficient in MS Project and PowerPoint

    Experience working within an Enterprise PPM and CRM tools.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor's degree

    7-10 years' experience

    5 years' experience with PMI certification
