- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of related manufacturing experience.
- Experience in extrusion, plastic, or paper converting is advantageous.
- Demonstrated technical and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Position Summary:
This position oversees plant floor operations reporting to the Production Manager. Responsibilities include managing production, quality, and related activities. The Production Supervisor is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the production floor, identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and enhancing quality in a safe manner. Additionally, this role involves developing and mentoring manufacturing floor employees to drive continuous improvement.
