    Job Description:

    Contributes to the development, documentation, implementation and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes and standards. Assists with training in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designs. Assists in the identification and validation of user access roles and tip sheets. Supports the development and implementation of standards. Assists in providing configuration management, coordinating changes and performing assessments of compliance. Assists in the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity. Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs. Works under general supervision. Regular and predictable attendance is required.

    Day to Day:


    • Receives and formats data to provide documentation that assists internal customers in the development of engineering life cycle products, services and processes.


    • Assists with data collection and development of engineering data.


    • Uses standard guidelines to verify products meet regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.


    • Maintains products, processes and services to ensure consistent quality.


    • Assists with the verification of products and documents results and ensures defects are identified for resolution.


    • Supports the development and implementation of standards.

    Required Experience:

    · Experience with Material Management and Inventory Control

    · Experience Working knowledge of Government property.

    · Experience conducting audits in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

    · Experience in material inventory management

    · Experience using inventory systems

    · Experience with shipping/ receiving and qualifying material

    Preferred Skills:

    · Experience fulfilling contractual, regulatory, and statutory requirements

    · Experience Assisting with investigations of lost or damaged government property.

    · Experience dispositioning Government Property

    · DFARS, FAR part 45 Experience

    · Experience with electronic parts and equipment

    · Familiarity with Lab equipment Property Management requirements

    · Active Security Clearance

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
