    Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is currently looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Department Manager.
    Leadership Responsibilities:
    • Clinically supervise and provide leadership and support to OTs, COTAs and PTs, including observation of visits and regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings
    • Oversee and coordinate programming, training, budget, and schedule productivity.
    • Serve as overflow during caseload transitions between OTs and evals as needed
    • Support resolution of complex issues
    • Have a commitment to, and passion for, developing and investing in others and embodies CTP's values

    What you'll bring:
    • A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • National Credentialing Board certification
    • Must be licensed in the state of Idaho
    • Pediatric experience preferred
