- Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices for construction projects.
- Ensure all billing is in compliance with project contracts and company policies.
- Track and follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions.
- Collaborate with project managers and the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to monitor project financial health.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial audits.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a billing role
- Proficiency in construction billing practices and procedures.
- Strong understanding of project contracts and financial documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite is a huge plus.
