- Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
- Streamline workflow in the automotive repair departments.
- Maintaining and following safety programs.
- Performing other duties and functions as directed by management.
- Maintain a current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Effectively operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
- Required to effectively utilize the dealership's computer system.
