    We are seeking an RN or LPN to join our team You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

    ​Responsibilities:

    • Care for home hospice patients
    • Provide basic patient care and treatment
    • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
    • Educate and update patients on medical treatments

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in hospice care
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Compassionate and caring demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • minimum 1-2 years hospice experience
    • Travel required (personal vehicle required)
    • BLS certified
