    Looma Background

    Looma is an in-store digital media platform focused on storytelling, education, and recommendations. Their network of in-store screens helps retailers better modernize and monetize their stores, while enabling brands to tell their story directly at the point of decision. All content that airs on Looma's network is produced or edited by RelayTM, their global network of independent filmmakers, editors, and other creators who specialize in point-of-decision content.

    Position Summary

    The Account Manager, Harris Teeter Programs will serve as Harris Teeter's internal resource to support Looma in-store media programs. The AM will be dedicated to featured CPG brands and will walk brand partners through the entire campaign management process, from campaign commitment to delivering a post-campaign report. The role involves substantial client engagement and project management, and optimal candidates will be warm, personable, and well-organized. This role reports to Looma's Director of Brand Partnerships and will be located at HT headquarters in Matthews, NC.

    This role consists of two primary sets of responsibilities. These are listed below, along with the core work and projected time allocation for each:
    1. Harris Teeter Program Management: 50%
    2. Brand Partner Account Management: 50%
    Harris Teeter Program Management (50%)
    • Seamlessly integrate Looma programs into the greater Harris Teeter planning process
    • Manage content alignment with Harris Teeter stakeholders
    • Manage and receive internal approvals on program structure and content
    • Provide feedback to ensure a flawless closed-loop communication process
    Brand Partner Account Management (50%)
    • Serve as primary point of contact for Harris Teeter's LoopTM brands once campaigns are booked
    • Manage all campaign schedules and brand partner information, primarily via HubSpot and Google Sheets
    • Check in with brand partners pre, during, and post-campaign to ensure their teams have what they need to deliver a successful campaign
    • Field campaign-related questions and design scalable processes for equipping brand partners with the resources they need
    • Spend time understanding brand partners' growth strategies to ensure future campaigns can support them
    • Review post-campaign performance reports, outlining possible improvements for future campaigns
    • Generate and execute mid- to post-campaign touchpoints using data science reporting as well as Quarterly Business Reviews for our top-grossing partners
    • Design scalable systems for high-touch, high-volume functions like brand onboarding, customer support, retention, and renewal

    • Ability and desire to work in-person at Harris Teeter HQ is required
    • Experience in account management, project management, or customer success is required
    • Startup experience is strongly preferred
    Structure & Compensation

    Looma will provide a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and stock options. All Looma compensation packages include some cash / equity flexibility (i.e., you can opt for more equity and less cash or vice-versa).
