Responsibilities:
This is a remote position
Essential Functions:
Manage a diverse project portfolio, employing various methodologies and adapting to project requirements.
Identify and utilize appropriate project management methodologies for each project, ensuring effective management.
Develop and update project artifacts, including plans, communication strategies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder analysis.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Conduct project-related meetings to facilitate collaboration and progress.
Define and establish project success metrics and reporting.
Contribute to project prioritization and roadmap strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
Maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
Qualifications/Skills:
Thorough knowledge of program management, project management, and agile standards via
Technology and system savvy:
excellent understanding of processes, systems, and databases, familiarity with EMR and clinical applications.
Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Information Management or related field (preferred)
SQL skills (preferred)
4-8 years of relevant work experience
Strong planning and risk mitigation analysis skills
Excellent prioritization, time management and organization skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands with proven results.
Ability to provide exceptional modeling
Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
