We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Disclosure Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Initial Closing Disclosures and ensuring that all information on the document aligns with the latest Loan Estimate.
Your primary duties will include:
Accurately prepare and review the Initial Closing Disclosure in a timely manner
Verify that all information on the Closing Disclosure, including loan terms, fees, and closing costs, aligns with the latest Loan Estimate
Maintain effective communication with Lenders' Originators (LO's), Processors, and Title Agents to ensure seamless processing of closings
About You:
You have at least 2 years of experience in mortgage closing or CD preparation (wholesale experience is an asset)
You possess excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
You are tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a remote environment using Encompass or similar software as needed
