    Description

    Job Summary:

    As the head of the team that takes care of people's health, you'll provide top-notch nursing care, following established standards and procedures. You'll work in line with the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the Medical Center. You need to stay adaptable, show quality in your work, and treat everyone with respect.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the health care team by delegating tasks and ensuring accountability
    • Champion new ideas and guide others through change
    • Communicate effectively and resolve problems efficiently
    • Mentor and coach team members
    • Create individualized care plans and ensure they reflect the patient's needs
    • Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly
    • Document accurately and utilize technology efficiently for patient care
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
    • Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to safety protocols

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of six months experience in an acute or sub-acute facility in the last three years
    • Registered Nurse License (California)
    • Basic Life Support certification

    Location: California, Los Angeles, West Los Angeles Medical Center

    Hours Per Week: 36 hours

    Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

    Working Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun

    Job Schedule: Full-time
