    The personal calendar, coordinated in lockstep with a spouse, family office, and household staff. Nothing collides. Everything flows. You'll work with travel teams and security to keep a complex operation running without a single missed beat. Home to airport. Hotel to boardroom. Gala to wheels-up. Seamless. Every time.

    𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗲 & 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴

    This is wardrobe management at a level most people don't know exists. Relationships with ateliers and VIP reps at the world's most exclusive designers. Researching and sourcing pieces for high-profile events. Coordinating fittings, creating outfit visuals, building packing lists, and maintaining a system in constant readiness. You'll advance to locations ahead of travel to unpack, prepare, and ensure everything is flawless before arrival.

    You'll build and maintain a living preferences document. Whether your principal walks into a hotel in Milan or a residence in the Bay Area, it feels like home. Gifting programmes. CRM for correspondence. Budget management. Inventory across multiple properties. And on event day? Hair, makeup, nails, wardrobe. You're the one making sure every finishing touch lands without drama.

    You're obsessively organised. Digitally and physically. Poised under pressure. Discreet by nature. You've worked in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and you loved it. Tech-savvy with G Suite, AI tools, and inventory systems. Italian language skills are a genuine advantage.

    You'll need to be Bay Area-based and willing to travel at a moment's notice. Sometimes for days. Sometimes for weeks. Hybrid structure with in-person at the residence one every four weeks. More when travel demands it.
