- Create functional solutions and architecture documents
- Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions
- Execute configuration tasks within the SAP environment
- Resolve production support problems and suggest alternative approaches
- Work with global teams and end-users
- Conduct quality assurance and implement quality applications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP TM Implementation or Production support Experience
- Experience with complex integrations via EDI, IDocs, SI or PI, and other integrations
- Strong understanding of SAP TM, transportation zones, networks, and TM optimizer
- Experience in ABAP code debug is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Foundry and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
