Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the deployment and configuration of the HubSpot CRM platform tailored to our company's needs.
Collaborate with management to understand specific needs and customize HubSpot features to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Implement effective deal tracking systems and establish customized deal stages within HubSpot to monitor progress and performance.
Design and create dynamic and static lists for segmented marketing campaigns, automated email workflows, and personalized lead nurturing strategies.
Develop and manage detailed dashboards and reports within HubSpot for real-time tracking of sales and marketing performance metrics.
Ensure data security and privacy by adhering to best practices in data management and implementing necessary security measures.
Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to fully leverage the capabilities of HubSpot.
Stay informed of new HubSpot releases and industry best practices to continuously improve system use and performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrable experience as a HubSpot administrator or consultant, with a portfolio of successful HubSpot CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of the HubSpot platform and its extensive features.
