- 1+ years of Google Ads
- 1+ year of Google Analytics helpful, but not required
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong writing, analytical and communication skills
- Self-starter who is willing to solve campaign challenges
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required depending on experience
- Show passion and genuine caring for our clients, their business, and improving their revenue and profitability through your marketing efforts
- Work with PPC team to:
- Implement optimizations in Google or Bing Ads
- Create and update ad copy
- Set up and maintain ad & landing page tests
- Review search query reports & implement new keywords & negative keywords
- Produce regular & ad hoc reports for clients
- Assist with additional PPC tasks as needed
- Help implement Facebook ad creative & campaigns
- Participate in client meetings as necessary
- Participate in team meetings
- Stay current on the latest PPC strategies and technologies
- Assist team as needed in other marketing efforts

The Paid Search Digital Marketing Associate will work to help our PPC team execute on client search marketing campaigns. You will help optimize content, execute on creating search ads or help with adjusting keywords and bids in PPC. You will get to work with a wide range of mostly B2C clients in different industries from home services to manufacturing.
