Cafeteria Cook - Logan

Job summary

Prepares meals which requires coordinating the cooking of several items with different cooking times and characteristics. Plans the cooking process to produce complete meals on time and at the proper temperature.
Preps assigned items to include but not limited to, washing raw food products, peeling, dicing, shredding, cutting, and slicing food products.
Cleans refrigerators coolers dry storage areas Restocks items as needed
Bakes grills steams braises meats vegetables fish poultry other foods Responsible for all facets of assigned station i.e. hot food cold food items dessert Performs additional daily cleaning assignments including stoves ovens refrigerators storage areas Sorts rinses dirty dishes glass tableware cooking utensils Removes trash takes garbage dumpster Wipes spills kitchen floors remain dry clean Completes tasks assignments

• Must be legally authorized work United States.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment background check drug test Must be least years age The individual must work team team oriented environment Cash register experience preferred Employee will received job specific training succeed position
