Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care - Natchaug Hospital, Mansfield CT Be part of something special Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticut's leading provider for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions.
Natchaug offers a variety of services including inpatient and partial hospital programs, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, older adult services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services.
Through its multi-site network of care, Natchaug constantly strives to meet its mission in Helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery.
For more information visit about Natchaug Hospital.We are seeking a Primary Care or Family Advanced Practitioner to provide physical exams and medical consultations for inpatient children, adolescents, adults, and residential teenage girls.
Assessments include taking histories, performing physical examinations and ordering and interpreting laboratory tests/data. In addition, patient education will be provided in a group setting.The nurse practitioner or physician assistant will provide quality, holistic care for patients, families and others in the behavioral health arena.
Shift:
Full Time 40 hour per week

Qualifications Qualifications:
