The Family Assistance Program Supervisor will provide timely customer services in determining clients' eligibility; provide effective leadership and training to Income Support Division staff; supervise a unit of Family Assistance Analysts responsible for determining multiple Income Support Programs and providing employment assistance.- Advancing department/division goals for client self-sufficiency;
- Developing employees by coaching and counseling employees using currently accepted management practices;
