Job summary
The QA/QC Lead is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities within a mechanical contractor's fabrication shop environment.This role ensures all welded assemblies meet company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
The QA/QC Lead supervises and supports a team of eight welders, providing inspection, documentation, technical guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
