- Support the SPARC Program within KBR's Science and Space division.
- Engage in brain donation education for service members, veterans, and families.
- Register individuals for the Brain Donation Awareness Registry.
- Manage the recovery, processing, and shipping of specimens in alignment with program goals.
- Supervising Donor Specialists.
- Reporting activities and progress regularly.
- Training staff and ensuring compliance.
- Implementing recruitment strategies and engaging with potential participants.
- Coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate brain donations.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years post-degree management experience.
- 8 additional years of experience can substitute for a degree.
- 5 years of experience in social or biological science research or tissue donation.
- Master's degree.
- Prior exposure to military settings.
- Background in tissue/organ donation, forensic sciences, or military health management.
- AATB CTBS certification.
