    What You'll Do:

    As VP for Commerce Yield product suite, you will lead the strategy and product management for our next-generation retail media product suite that brings together online and in-store advertising experiences for traditional retailers and retail marketplaces.

    In this role you will own the strategy, roadmap and evolution of the Commerce Yield product suite inside our Commerce Media Platform. In this impactful position, you will drive the integration of our current set of solutions (RMP, Mabaya, and Brandcrush) into a single, cohesive retail media solution, driving acquisition of new retailers and overall retail media supply volume. This solution will integrate with the rest of the CMP solutions to create a flywheel of commerce media supply and demand, driving the overall commerce media market.

    Your team will partner with our R&D team on the conceptualization and implementation of the product roadmap, from the initial stage of scoping and prioritizing projects to tracking product development. You will work closely with our Go-To-Market team to develop product launch plans. You will partner with key stakeholders in the commercial team and across the organization to ensure strategic alignment. You will also lead, coach, and grow a team of highly talented product managers while investing in their development and cultivating an inclusive, collaborative and results-oriented culture. You will be driving cross-organization collaboration with partner teams to align on product strategy and execution plans.

    You will be:

    • Leading, building and coaching a diverse and talented team of product managers while investing in their development and cultivating an inclusive, collaborative and results-oriented culture.
    • Responsible for leading and enhancing the roadmap for our Commerce Yield solution starting with the existing product set and evolving it to a single comprehensive suite.
    • Partnering with the commercial team to understand and deliver on retail media client needs.
    • Willing to go deep into our complex platform architecture and the interdependencies involved supporting a long-range planning for our solutions
    • Partnering closely with the Shared Services team and with the cross-functional Product teams to enhance and optimize our offering.
    • Partnering with our R&D team on the conceptualization and implementation of the product roadmap, from the initial stage of scoping and prioritizing projects within engineering paths to tracking product development.
    • Working closely with our Go-To-Market team to develop product launch plans.

    Who You Are:

    • You have a proven track record of designing strong enterprise solutions for digital media platforms/publishers and a deep knowledge of the retail media environment.
    • You evaluate new technologies and products with an eye towards improving the ways in which we enable onsite and in-store advertising solutions for all types of traditional and digital retailers.
    • You have a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and AdTech supply and demand platforms (The Trade Desk, Facebook, Google, LiveRamp, etc.) and have deep relationships with industry peers.
    • You have experience with C-level stakeholders in and out of company and a customer-first mind set, often participating in client meetings and believe in not only serving customers, but also empowering them by providing knowledge and tools.
    • You care about solving problems, and look beyond the surface to understand the root cause so that you can build robust long-term solutions for the whole ecosystem
    • You ensure products of the highest quality and delivered on time to meet market timelines.
    • You have exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills and a successful track record of establishing strategic direction, supported by sound operational decision-making skills.

    The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

    $289,600 - $318,560
