Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated Coverage Behavior Technician to join our School Services team at Intercare Therapy. This floating position provides essential coverage support when Behavior Interventionists are absent, ensuring continuous quality care for our students across various school districts across Greater Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas.+
Responsibilities
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) in collaboration with classroom teachers
- Provide individualized behavioral instructional support to meet specific student needs
- Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to address targeted behaviors
- Maintain detailed daily documentation of student behavior and progress across all required systems
