    Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Red Lion, PA area.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel and controlling operating costs. They will be responsible for implementing and managing sales programs, directing the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.

    The Automotive Store Manager will communicate directly with customers, assess their needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage retail store location and ensure maximum profitability
    • Drive sales, monitor inventory and expenses, manage personnel and control operating costs
    • Implement and manage sales programs
    • Direct the work of technicians and mechanics
    • Communicate with customers, assess their needs and provide information

    Requirements

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Likely authorized to work in the United States
    • 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
