    Find out more by visiting .Position SummaryWe are seeking an AVP of Product Management to join our team and oversee a team of Product Professionals at Vensure.

    The AVP of Product Management will be able to support the Product Management Team with the development of our current product portfolio.

    The AVP of Product Management must be able to learn on the fly and have the ability to work in a rapid paced, but dynamic working environment.

    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports overall day-to-day activities related to products across the Vensure organization for Product Specialists that report to the AVP.Works to delegate and prioritize work between direct reports, to maximize the output of key deliverables in a timely fashion.

    Provide quality control and oversight as needed for team member work.
    Conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews for each team member.
    Approve employee expense reports in a timely fashion.
    Actively recruit, interview, and report on potential new hires for any vacant roles underneath them.
    Onboard and train any new hires; setting them up for success in their new role.
    Provide routine mentorship and support to employees in their career planning, development, and continued education/training.

    Is a working AVP that vets new products and leads the implementation process to identify project objectives, scope, milestones, and timeline through a standardized Product Lifecycle Process.

    Bolsters partner relationships by interfacing with partner contacts.
    Maintains updated vendor information, implementation time frames, assignments, and collateral for the Product Lifecycle process, through Smartsheet.
    Generates reports that track monthly analytics for revenue/enrollment from vendors for any assigned products.
    Documents standard operating procedures, training, etc, for assigned products.
    Develops and maintains product marketing content, presentations, and project status reports for assigned products.

    Lead and/or coordinate large group activities (trainings, virtual meetings, conference calls, etc.) that includes, but is not limited to, groups of senior leaders, business partners, vendors, employees, and staff.

    A udits procedures for products with internal departments; assists in defining, improving, and documenting everything with each department leader.

    Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree10+ years corporate experience preferredProduct Management, Product Development, Project Management, Account Management, Business Development, or general PEO experience a plusStrong verbal and written communication skills with impeccable attention to format and grammarExperience creating formal verbal and written communication such as:
