    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to our long-standing organization. With over 120 years of experience, we are industry leaders dedicated to excellence. In this role, you will focus on servicing our current client base of 2,000 businesses, expanding our reach through new client acquisition, and leading a small team to achieve these goals. As you master our processes and systems, you will transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train and develop team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven time management abilities to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for cultivating relationships and assisting others
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with goal-oriented approach
    • Community involvement desire
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background and personal transportation are essential
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement
