Job summary
We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for an Administrative Assistant in our Education Department to provide clerical and administrative support for the firm's education programs by performing day-to-day tasks related to registrations, enrollments, communications,recordkeeping and billing support.
This role follows established procedures and templates and escalates non-routine issues to the Education Coordinator,
Compliance Counselor or Director of Client Education as appropriate.
