Job summary:
The Center for Data-Driven Discovery in Biomedicine (D3b) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is dedicated to accelerating pediatric research through innovative data infrastructure and collaborative science. We seek an experienced Data Integration Analyst to join a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts in the Advanced Data Applications and Platforms Technologys Unit (ADAPT). The hire will lead collaborative efforts with other institutions to develop and implement harmonized data models for interventional radiology and other cancer treatment data.- Collaborate with biomedical researchers and clinical subject matter experts to identify and analyze scientific problems that require integration of disparate, highly dimensional data types such as clinical genomic.
- Develop harmonic schema based on complex biological information.
