- Advocate for clients in impactful education and civil litigation matters
- Lead cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, discovery, administrative hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and court appearances
- Craft innovative and strategic litigation approaches aligned with each client's unique goals
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated, compassionate legal team committed to excellence and meaningful impact
- Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California Bar
- Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials
- Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
- A client-first mindset and a genuine passion for justice and advocacy
- Hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in-office, balancing flexibility with collaboration
- Remote option available for California-licensed attorneys with occasional appearances for team and court purposes.
