    **JOB SUMMARY:**

    Supervise the daily sales and support activity of the eSeller COE team by ensuring sales success and compliance to policies and procedures. This responsibility includes meeting sales, customer support and call center operational standards, maintaining employee service and satisfaction levels, improving service quality, and accomplishing organization goals.

    **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**

    Manage day-to-day results and the department work processes to established service levels.

    Grow pipeline and revenue though an inside sales team selling to e-commerce business capital lending prospects.

    Drive a superior customer support and a customer first ethos.

    Identify necessary changes to increase productivity and ensure smooth workflow.

    Formulate and implement targets and standards of performance for the team.

    Create and build an atmosphere that fosters teamwork and excellence in all activities.

    Maintain, report and improve department metrics for tracking key performance indicators (e.g. call abandonment, calls waiting, etc.).

    Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures and service standards.

    Ensure work coverage for the designated teams, including scheduling, and attendance.

    Identify, analyze, resolve and escalate concerns (employee, system, and customer), as needed and provide guidance for resolution.

    Resolve escalated customer service issues; Diffuse and take over escalated calls while demonstrating the ability to find amicable resolutions for the customer.

    Participate in interviews and build a team of talented individuals to help grow LendingPoint.

    **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

    College degree or equivalent experience required

    4-6 years leading an inside sales and customer support organization preferred

    Proven track record of over-achieving quota/goals

    Professional demeanor, excellent communication, phone etiquette and listening skills

    Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

    Highly familiar with Salesforce, call queue and dialer management practices

    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership

    Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities with a results-oriented approach

    Excellent organizational and leadership skills - ability to work under pressure
