- High School Diploma/GED
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program with clinical experience; OR completion of an entry-level MSN program.
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Additional certifications within specific timeframes.
- Knowledge of RN scope of practice.
- Commitment to service orientation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Training in specialty areas may be required.
- Basic Arrhythmia recognition skills.
