Client Overview: Our client is an iconic, global brand delivering classic and timeless accessories

Product Development Associate Responsibilities:

• Executing the revisions to styles
• Execute design techs after review with designer creates photo tech packs
• Creates CADs and Techs for novelty faces with direction from Designer or Sr Design Director
• Updating BOMs for all styles in PLM platform
• Reviewing and commenting on all confirmation samples
• Reviewing PP and TOP samples and sending clear meaningful comments
• Assist manager keeping style library up to date
• Making sure all comments are sent in a timely organized manner
• Daily correspondence with overseas factories
• Attend weekly design meetings with design and PD teams to ensure all details are clear and meeting calendar dates
• Tracking of all samples

Product Development Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Understanding of product life cycle
• Team player with the ability to handle fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and a strategic thinker
