    Role Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Recovery Specialist to join our team at Groups Recover Together. As a key member of our care team, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • You will lead 2-3 group therapy sessions per week, building recovery skills and fostering community among our members using our evidence-based curriculum.
    • Collaborate with our cross-functional care team, including prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers, to deliver holistic clinical care.
    • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of our office and region, further developing your clinical skill set.
    • Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback, ensuring high-quality care and continuous improvement.
    • Proactively engage in community relations activities, promoting Groups and its mission through outreach and education.

    As a Substance Use Recovery Specialist, you will have the autonomy to lead groups using your expertise as a counselor, without required one-on-one sessions or intakes. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling and a generous paid time off package. Our competitive salary is $65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience.
