- Troubleshoot technical support issues to resolve root cause issues within contracted SLA's
- Support existing technology solutions deployed in customer environments
- Document customer environments and ensure that they meet Standards IT's practice standards
- Plan customer meetings to review performance and technology solutions
- Perform pro-active maintenance and improvements of customers' environments
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively and work in a team
- Escalate service issues to vendors when necessary
- Communicate to client and team when issues cannot be completed within agreed SLA's
- Aware of the customer's business and how IT relates to their strategy and goals
- Maintain an understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
- 10+ years' experience supporting IT environments of at least 50 users
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Desktop Operating Systems
- Experience in Microsoft Cloud, Azure Active Directory, Fortinet, 3CX VoIP phone systems, Veeam and Iland backup environments.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and root cause analysis of technical issues
- Ability to multi-task solving multiple issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to quickly learn new technologies
- Full Time, 40 hours a week
- Salary paid on the 15th and EOM

Summary of Job:
The Infrastructure Administrator position is a strategic, technical, customer facing position within the IT Department for the clients they support. They are responsible for onsite and remote support of Tier 1-3 support requests. The infrastructures they administer consist of various Desktops, Servers, Storage, Networks, VoIP Systems, and Virtual technologies. They are also responsible for architecture, engineering, best practices, and day to day maintenance. It is expected that they meet with clients on a regular basis to manage, prioritize, and lead projects. The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for Systems Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration, and Unified Communications.
