Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars,
greeting and communicating with clients, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Scheduling: Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Documentation: Write and distribute email correspondence memos letters forms.
