    Requirements:
    2+ years of experience in Health & Welfare Benefits Administration
    2+ years of experience managing Leave & Disability Programs
    Experience with Workday (preferred)
    Able to work Central Standard Time hours


    Job Responsibilities:
    Manage the administration of various aspects of our health, welfare and open enrollment for US employees.
    Process employee leaves and disability claims
    Support vendor relationships including scheduling, communications, integration error reporting and process documentation
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Proven ability to work collaboratively across team members and departments
    Ability to support Open Enrollment activities including Workday testing, communications, and content development.
    Respond to employee, HR, and employee inquiries regarding these programs
    Other benefits projects and duties, as needed
