Broadway Pharmacy is a fully functional pharmacy located in New York, NY. With an emphasis on healthcare, we provide a full NHS and private prescription medication service, over-the-counter medicines, and general health medicines and supplements. Our knowledgeable pharmacists are available without an appointment to provide advice on prescription medicines, treatment of illness with over-the-counter medicines, and general family health matters.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervising Pharmacist at Broadway Pharmacy. The Supervising Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by providing pharmaceutical care, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness, dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The Supervising Pharmacist will also supervise pharmacy staff, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Pharmacist license in the state of New York
• Excellent knowledge of medication therapy and pharmaceutical care
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription dispensing
• Ability to counsel patients on medication use and answer their questions
• Experience in managing pharmacy staff and maintaining inventory
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with electronic pharmacy management systems
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
