Job Summary
The Elderly Services Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly's mission to alleviate isolation and loneliness among older adults.This full-time position leads the engagement, coordination, and overall well-being of our Elderly Friends through consistent communication,compassionate support,and meaningful program participation.
The Coordinator recruits,balances,and onboards new Elderly Friends;facilitates strong volunteer-to-elder matchesin partnershipwiththeVolunteerCoordinator;
and ensures eachElderlyFriend stays connectedtosocialopportunities,
