Job Description

As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more.

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced automotive location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access points and visitor flow.

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, parking lots, perimeter fencing, and exterior grounds; document notable observations per site procedures.

Monitor access points and control entry and/or exit for personnel and vehicles as directed, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.

Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required and complete required incident reports.

Support security-related operations by monitoring cameras and other systems when assigned, communicating via radio and/or phone, and assisting with traffic direction and service calls as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
