    Responsibilities of a Marketing Account Representative:

    • Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments
    • Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies
    • Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development
    • Adjust marketing practices to reflect market preferences, competition, and trends
    • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities

    Marketing Account Representative Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
    • Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but is not required
    • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for real estate and sales
