Job summary
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking a Contributing Editor to play a key leadership role in advancing collaborative journalism efforts between KUAR (Little Rock), KASU (Jonesboro), and KUAF (Fayetteville). The ideal candidate will have strong editing skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience working in public radio or at an NPR-affiliated station.This role requires coordinating editorial planning, supporting reporters across all three stations, producing high-quality daily content,
and participating in podcasts,town halls,and community engagement events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism,Mass Communications,or related field;
- At least two years of experience as reporter/editor/producer;
- Experience working with AP style,NPR editorial standards
- Familiarity with long-form audio production,podcasts
