    IntroductionAs part of Gallagher's global digital experience team, the Digital Experience Sr.

    Manager is a new role to lead and manage our content team of strategy and writers/editors to move our digital experience forward on our public-facing websites within the Americas.

    It's an exciting time to be a part of our Corporate Digital Marketing team as Gallagher continues to grow and evolve the business, and we are on a digital transformation journey no two days are ever alike.

    Gallaghers Corporate Digital Team works across Gallaghers family of brands and regions to create a consistent digital experience for our customers to drive leads.

    You will report into the VP, Global Digital Experience.

    The Digital Experience team is a global team of Content (Strategy and Writers), SEO, Marketing and UX Research and Design professionals.

    How you'll make an impactDirectly manage a global team of 3 that supports M&A digital transitions, content strategy and development, editing and translation needs to support our public-facing websites that create a unified digital experience across Gallagher within the Americas.

    Handle multiple work streams and balance priorities among the team and with global stakeholders.

    Initiate and plan content-related research and briefs, including interviewing stakeholders and working with stakeholders to approve optimized content as requested.

    Handle content development that includes page layouts using Figma to conduct stakeholder review.

    Participate in peer reviews of content drafts to ensure styles and components are identified before the web team builds as well as in a preview environment.

    Develop content strategies, taxonomies, and create engaging content across brands, regions, and languages to drive engagement, optimize for SEO, and generate marketing qualified leads.

    Collaborate with marketing managers across the Americas to align their goals and schedule project work and ensuring the right content is being featured across sites.

    Develop content for new websites and identify opportunities to incorporate visual elements on our public-facing websites to increase engagement and drive leads, collaborating with the design and web teams.

    Participate in agile teams for content development, ideation, and testing of new concepts.

    Develop processes and other job aids for marketing and digital teams to use that makes it easy for all digital teams to understand page flow and for the web team to easily layout a page with the suggested components.

    Support day-to-day requests from stakeholders, with recommending the best approaches to promote various forms of content on our digital properties.

    Collaborate and work closely with the global web team, design, SEO, UX Research and Marketing leads across divisions and regions on various projects.

    Support digital transitions for mergers and acquisitions working with marketing and business stakeholders to transition merger partners to Gallagher's.


    About youRequired:
    Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required

    Highly Preferred:


    Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of professional experience (within Risk and Insurance a plus)A digital-first mindset with demonstrated experience in using tools (Google Analytics, SEO data) for content strategy, architecture and identifying opportunities for improvement.

    Expertise is creating content strategies with SEO and business goals top of mind for enterprises insurance and consulting experience a plus.

    Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication and cross-functional negotiation skillsExperience with developing content for a global audience including translated content.

    Agile experienceSkilled at collaborating with digital teams and marketing and sales stakeholders.

    Experience and/or understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (including but not limited to:
    Google Analytics, Figma, Sitecore, SEMRush, Ceros, , Hotjar, Qualtrics, Trello, Workfront and Smartsheets.
    Ability to manage a multitude of projects at different phases with different global regions.
    Flexibility to meet with global stakeholders.

    Demonstrated experience in developing content leveraging data, various assets, research and business goals to drive engagement and conversion across many industries.

    Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects of all sizes at the same time.
