RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Safety Responsibilities

• Ensure subcontractor compliance with Palmetto Tri-Venture Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
• Perform Monthly SafetyNet Inspections
• Back up for Site Safety Manager and CSA Superintendents on night shift and weekends when required
• Coordinate with Site Safety Manager.

QA/QC Responsibilities

• Develops quality content in job meeting minutes
• Assists with development of turnover procedures
• Manages closeout procedure and closeout manual/checklist/matrix
• Assists the field as needed for identifying, enters, tracks and closes QC items
• Assists the field as needed for inspecting ongoing work and work in place, using site specific checklist
  

Document Controls Responsibilities

• Become fully versed in the requirements of the Owner/Palmetto Tri-Venture agreement and Administer the contract for the project.
• Assist with preparation, submission, and distribution of bi-weekly and monthly reports
• Assist with development of project controls information, fact sheets, and graphical presentation materials.
• Ensure project team is filing and recording contract submittals of material samples, data, shop drawings, and technical data, and relevant approvals by A/E in accordance with the Project Filing System and needs of the project for efficient closeout.
• Monitor adherence to document control system in concert with Senior Engineer and Project Controls Manager.
• Provide support and training in the use of project software to office and jobsite staff.
• Direct project administration systems (filing, software, correspondence logs, etc.).
• Assist client, project team, A/E, and trades to access project information from project software and tools.
• Develop and training to educate trade partners on project software and tools.
• Assist with development and deliver training to educate staff members regarding related department processes.
• Receive and distribute design revisions. Perform initial overlays and redlining of record drawings based on those revisions.
• Audit record documents to ensure that RFIs and other as-built conditions are being updated by project staff on a regular basis.
• Maintain Waste Management Report, Fuel Consumption Reporting, and perform sustainability Reporting
